Hello MSCIA’ers!
Yesterday, on may 4th 2018, DOME held an event called Breaking The Silence (BTS) and was attended by DOMEdians. It was held in GPB 2.1 FK UB.
We had lectures from Akar Tuli Malang about the history of deaf education in Indonesia, deaf awareness and the basic deaf etiquette, and learned some basic sign language.
We hope BTS can improve DOMEdians knowledge and inspire them to pay more attention to the deaf community.
