Hello MSCIA’ers!
On Sunday, October 17th, 2021, TREATS 2021: SERIES 1 has been executed very well on Zoom Meeting and Youtube Live Streaming.
TREATS (Together Fights Against Diabetes) 2021 presents 3 excellent and experienced speakers on Diabetes with an appealing discussion material. The first session on this webinar discussed “How COVID-19 and It’s Treatment Affecting Glucose Control” by dr. Rinadhi Reza Bramantya, Sp.PD. Followed by the second session “Update on COVID-19 Vaccination Eligibility for Diabetes Patient: Does Glucose Level Affecting Efficacy?” by Prof. Dr. dr. Ketut Suastika, Sp.PD-KEMD and the third session “Telemedicine Consultation for Diabetes Patient Undergone Self-Isolation: Role of GP” by Prof. Dr. dr. Sidartawan Soegondo, Sp.PD-KEMD, Ph.D., DTM&H, FINASIM, FACE. There is a case discussion from the speakers as the last session at this event. Overall in terms of material and case discussion guided by dr. Perdana Aditya Rahman, Sp.PD as moderator and chief executive of TREATS 2021: Series 1.
With the presence of approximately 450 participants at this event consisting of doctors and medical students throughout Indonesia, hopefully TREATS is able to increase the knowledge of doctors and medical students regarding the latest issues related to diabetes and its relationship with COVID-19.
